Little Lambs provides a positive, Christian environment where children can grow strong in body and spirit. Our center seeks to provide the highest level of Christian education and care possible to children in Mandan and Bismarck, ND.  

Mission

Little Lambs Learning Center exists to help families nurture children by providing high quality childcare with a Christ-centered curriculum.

 

Philosophy


Little Lambs Learning Center is based on the philosophies that:
  • God gives parents the primary responsibility for nurturing their children.
  • The center assists parents in nurturing the spiritual, mental, physical, and social growth and development of children in a Christian environment.
  • Children develop best in an atmosphere of Christian love, care, trust, and respect.
  • Developmentally appropriate experiences provide children with hands-on activities and real-world situations that further their spiritual, mental, physical, and social development.

 

Goals


To help children develop:
  • Self awareness & a sense of self-worth
  • Gross & fine motor skills
  • Visual & auditory skills
  • Increased vocabulary
  • Tools necessary for a successful school experience

 

Program


A center-wide weekly theme will be incorporated into the following daily activities:
  • Sharing & Jesus time
  • Play & snack time
  • Large & small group activities
  • Large motor activities
  • Lunch & rest time
  • Play & work time
